As a reminder, our itinerary planning fee is $150 per hour when you book your lodging through MG Concierge, or $250 per hour if your lodging is booked independently. For most groups of up to six guests, it typically takes us about one hour to plan a full day. Larger groups generally require additional planning time due to the coordination of winery reservations, restaurant contracts, transportation, and other logistics. We only begin billing once we start building your custom itinerary, and you are charged only for the actual time spent planning.
